  • Return & Cancellation policies
    All sales are final. No returns can be accepted once product is shipped. For cancellations, please contact us ASAP after placing an order and this will result in 5% fee. If you wish to cancel a pre-shipment order, meaning all items are packaged and tracking number provided but yet to be dispatched (cut off at 12pm PST), this will result in 20% restocking fee. If damages occur or go missing during shipping, please contact us immediately for help. Product satisfaction is 100% backed by Splash Paints and if you have any issues with your experience, please contact us immediately for help.
  • Compressor PSI and airbrush needle size recommendations
    Air pressure is optimal between 20-30 PSI. Compressor must have regulator and a reserve tank. Moisture and dirt trap filter is recommended. Airbrush needle size must be between 0.2mm and 0.35mm. 0.35mm needle works best all around.
  • Types of paints we sell and important safety message
    We offer solvent based color matched paints ready to spray! Pearls and metallics sizes are carefully considered to match scale models. 2K primers and 2K clearcoats contain Isocynate. Make sure to wear Organic Vapor Respirator, Eye Protection, and spray in a well ventillated area or outdoors only. Misuse of our products can cause serious injuries through prolonged and repeated exposure.
  • Shipping and processing time
    All orders ship within 24-48 hours. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Delays may happen during transit. Contact us if your package doesn't arrive within given time frame.
